 Orders below €75 ship for €4.50 within 24 hours via PostNL.

EU shipping from €9.50 to €41.
 Worldwide shipping from €30 to €40 depending on the destination.

Returns

Returns accepted within 14 days. Please complete the return form and send your item back. Return costs are at your own expense.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after processing. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Note: Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.

Jewelry Care Guide

Our jewelry is handmade and therefore deserves a little extra care.

• Avoid wearing your jewelry while exercising. Gold and silver are soft metals and prone to scratching.
• Keep your jewelry away from water: do not wear it in the shower, pool, or spa. Chlorine and moisture can cause damage.
• Avoid harsh chemicals when wearing your jewelry.
• Put your jewelry on after applying makeup, perfume, hair products, or lotion.
• Store jewelry in a dry, clean place – preferably separately to avoid scratches or tangling.
• Clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquids for gold-plated pieces.

Tip: Remove your jewelry before sleeping to help it last longer.
