    Materials

    Would you like to know more about the materials which the jewelry is made from and how you can keep your jewelry looking beautiful? Read more about it on this page.

    To order

    Ordering is very easy with RIVERSTONES. Take a look around to see what you like. Search for products using the search function at the top left. You can add products to your wish list or order them immediately by clicking the 'order' button.

    Payment

    You can pay by means of iDeal (secure online payment in your own trusted banking environment), credit card (MasterCard or Visa), Klarna, PayPal or a gift voucher. Read more here about the different methods of payment and possible extra costs.

    Delivery time

    All products are in stock unless otherwise stated. If you want to order larger quantities of certain products, please contact us for details about the stock: [email protected]

    Orders placed before 3pm on workdays and paid with iDeal or creditcard are shipped within 24hrs.

    If you have not received your order within 4 working days, please email us and we will look using the Track & Trace-code to see where your package is located.

    Orders for shipment within the rest of Europe are also processed directly, but depending on the carrier the delivery time in Europe is between 2 and 7 working days. Orders outside Europe are usually delivered within 5 to 14 business days. The carriers we use are PostNL, UPS or DHL.


    Shipping costs

    Shipping costs within the Netherlands for packages are € 3.95. For orders over € 75,- within the Netherlands no shipping costs are charged.

    Shipping to Europe costs from € 9.50 to a maximum of € 41 depending on which country.

    Shipping to countries outside Europe € 40,00 per order

    Damage

    If something has happened with your package during shipping and the product is broken or damaged, send us an email, preferably with a photo of the damage, and we will solve it immediately. Send an email to: [email protected]

    Return service

    In the unfortunate event that you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product to us within 14 days. Fill in the return form where you indicate that you want to return your purchase. In order to have everything proceed as quickly as possible, we would like to receive the following information:

    • that you want to return an item
    • product description
    • client number
    • the reason for returning the item

    We will then contact you as soon as possible. After receiving the returns and checking the products, we will transfer the money back to your bank account as soon as possible. The costs for returns are at the expense of the buyer.

    Please note: personalized custom made jewelry, cannot be returned. We point out that you therefore waive your right of withdrawal, because the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made.

     

    Ring size

    It can sometimes be complicated to determine your ring size. We have developed this ring sizer to help you with that. You could also to go to a jeweler in the neighborhood to have your ring size measured. If you have any questions, please contact us via: [email protected] before you place your order.
